Mindful of Climbing is an innovative wellbeing initiative. We bring together methods of yoga, somatic awareness, climbing and mindfulness to support mental health.

We create a safe space where people build self-awareness, sense of control, promote mindfulness and address mental health.

Meet your coach.

My journey with climbing began in 2015, when I attended an introductory course at a climbing wall in Łódź, Poland. The experience was so profound that climbing has become an integral part of my life and who I am. Climbing became a sense of achievement, a way to overcome a fear of heights, and a powerful support for my mental wellbeing.

With a newly discovered desire to teach others, in 2018 I decided to become a climbing instructor and share my passion for the sport, particularly its healing and transformative aspects. Another milestone that forever changed my approach to climbing coaching was completing yoga teacher training in 2022. As a result, in 2025, this search for purpose and connection led me to create Mindful of Climbing.

As a qualified Instructor safety, and inclusion are up most important to me as a coach. I aim to provide person focused sessions based on individual needs.
